Your body is not even close to finish developing. Don’t cause yourself that pain, not yet. Breast enhancement is exceedingly painful, even with all of the painkillers that they give you. Wow, I cannot believe some of the idiots. It depends whether you go over or under the muscle. You can imagine, if you cut the pectoral muscle, it is a much more painful surgery. Also the method. Going throught the belly button is more painful than going underneath the breast. They do NOT have to be replaced every 5-10 years. They are only replaced if there is a problem with them and they have a lifetime guarantee. But, you may opt to have them replaced in 10, 15 or 20 years for whatever reason. They do NOT break easily.
I went over the muscle and was up and around, doing laundry, etc after 2 days, went back to work on the 3rd day, but was in pain (but not horrible). It took about 11 days before I was not longer in pain. I was back to my normal, heavy workout program after 2 weeks. If you go over the muscle, expect to take longer to heal, probably 2-3 weeks longer. But you would definatly be able to go back to work at a desk job in about 4 days.

I don’t think a 34 DD is all that big. DD just means hear breast are 5 inches bigger in circumference than ribcage measurement. They should only stick out about 2.5 inches. That’s not huge.

Unless has back pain and it can’t be explained as anything else then i guess she should get one. I don’t think that having a A cup will make her a better tennis player. Look a the Williams sisters they stacked and constantly good. That’s cause they were training as kids, and they had a talent.

Personally i think the a reduction is never the answer.

I just looked at her pics. It seems like the girl is not getting the proper support. A good sports bra should hold you in. It seems like she is going for style over substance and that is why she might not be doing as well as she should. I’m not a tennis player but her form is odd. Maybe she just sucks.

Well if I were a doctor I would recommend her to exercise and to come back in 3-5 years. Maybe then they have shrunken to a more desirable size.They are fat after all.

Breast growth is a side effect of birth control but it only effects some women. What birth control is best is up to you and your doctor as different birth control works for different women but I will provide you with a link below that will help lead you in the right direction.

There is no way to predict this. Everyone reacts differently to drugs. You may go up a size, you may not. Anyway, you are still at an age where you are developing so you may well get bigger naturally anyway.

No time (and money) for gym ..

You can try flexing your chest muscles by folding your arms in front of you, hold your forearms (left hand on right forearm and right hand on left forearm) and flex your chest muscles. The more repetitions you do on this, the better.
