You can make them [look] bigger with a push up bra or if you realy want to make them bigger gain ALOT of weight or have a baby but youre probably to young for that so use a push up bra.

Having small breasts is genetic. There’s really nothing much you can do about it unless you got money for implants (don’t forget the consequences)

Chest exercise, you can do bench press, incline press, decline press and the great cleavage enhancer – dumbbell fly. Don’t worry about growing muscular. You’ll have to be really doing heavy weights in order to bulk up.

Using moderate weights (something you’re comfy with) will tone up your chest muscles thereby “enhancing” them.

No time (and money) for gym ..

You can try flexing your chest muscles by folding your arms in front of you, hold your forearms (left hand on right forearm and right hand on left forearm) and flex your chest muscles. The more repetitions you do on this, the better.
